Is margarine or butter better for my health?
This is one of the most common questions I get from people in the community when I run my workshops.
The internet is a great tool however it is also the source of a lot of confusion and nutritional mis-information.
I once had an email forwarded to me that claimed margarine to be toxic, one molecule away from plastic, that it is actually black before it is sold at the shops, and that it causes cancer! Yet the email had NO indication on where this information was sourced from.
